The Original Master of Light- Jason Lanier has been shooting Rotolight longer than any other photographer and is their first Master of Light. Jason met the owner and founder of Rotolight many years ago at a photography convention back when both Rotolight and Jason were new to the industry, and the rest as they is history.
Jason looks to share his vast experience with Rotolight with all of his followers and fellow photographers so they can learn alongside him on their quest to master their own lighting conditions as well.
Jason’s shooting adventures with the Rotolight system have taken him all over the world. He’s used them in ice caves in Switzerland to making music videos in New Orleans. He continually pushes the boundaries for how lighting can be used in unconventional ways to make images that pop out of your screen.
Whether it’s using the smaller lights like the Neo 2 or Aeos, the larger Anova Pro 2, or the Big Boy Titans X1 and X2, Jason has videos, tutorials and images to help you learn how to use each one with real results in the field. So check out the sections below for each light. We hope you enjoy your journey on becoming a Master of Light for yourself.
