Sony A7Riii- The A7Riii is Jason’s most used camera. With 42 mega pixels, this high resolution camera is fantastic for his landscape, portraiture, and commercial work. However, when shooting large volume events such as weddings, sports, or photo journalism Jason prefers the A9 due to its better buffer, smaller file size, and better performance which results in a faster post processing work flow.
Sony A7ii- one of the best all around, value priced full frame camera on the market. Jason owns two of them and uses this camera for his wedding work due to the great work it produces without an overkill with resolution. This is also the camera that Jason's crew uses to capture all of the production images he posts online.
Sony A7Riv- This camera shooting at 61 mega pixels would be Jason’s first choice for landscape, architecture, and commercial photography. This is camera for professionals who intend to enlarge their images on billboards or have clients who require tiff files. Newer photographers should invest in a A7iii, A9, or A7Riii if they are looking for a full frame camera.
