This engagement image was taken at the Palace of Gold in Moundsville West Virginia for my REAL wedding workshop.  We always do an engagement and bridal shoot the day before the wedding which allows all of my attendees to be able to create a complete portfolio with the clients from the wedding.  Loved this couple, the lake, and the Palace!!

Engagement Shots- the start of the Love Story..

I really love when I get to take the engagement shots of my new wedding couples.  This is wedding booking season and it's one of my favorite times of the year as I get to meet so many new and excited couples who are preparing for their big day.  The engagement session allows me the opportunity to see them interact with each other, and allows them to get to feel very comfortable in front of the camera.  In 2013 all Jason Lanier Photography Packages will contain an engagement session because I think it's so vital for the relationship between the wedding couple and the photographer.  I can't wait to start doing some more!
