One of the most important things to get a shot of at the wedding is the wedding cake before either the kids touch it, it melts, or what is most common, before the wedding couple cuts it. The couple puts so much effort into the design and look of their cake that it's vital that the photographer gets the shot of the cake. This image for Eric and Michele of their wedding cake at the Laguna Beach Montage Resort and Spa is an example of that. I exposed for the background and used some video lighting for the cake.
