Easy Does IT! Hora at the Montage Laguna Beach Wedding Resort

One of the funnest things to shoot in weddings is the Jewish Hora which is when this image was taken at the Montage Laguna Beach for my wedding there.  As a photographer you REALLY have to commit yourself to getting in there and capturing the shots because it can get real crazy, real fast.  But it's seriously one of the funnest parts of any wedding reception that I shoot.  Hope you like it!

Camera settings: Nikon D3, 1/100 sec at f/4.5, 28mm at ISO 2000, flash fired.  Taken at 8:22pm by Jason Lanier Photography at the Laguna Beach Montage Weddings Resort.

www.lagunabeachmontageweddings.com

This image was taken when I stole the bride and groom away from the reception for 5 minutes for a quick pose and kiss on the stairs at the Laguna Beach Montage Wedding.  It was such a beautiful event and I'm so honored that I had the opportunity to shoot it.  Thanks Eric and Michele!

Camera settings: Nikon D3, 1/60 sec at f/3.8, 28mm at ISO 3200, flash fired.  Taken at 10:49pm.

Live Band at the Montage Resort and Spa Wedding Reception

www.lagunabeachmontageweddings.com

This image was taken at my wedding for Eric and Michele at the Laguna Beach Montage Resort and Spa for their wedding.  I just love live bands at weddings, and when they perform the photographer really needs to capture some great shots to remember the moment...

Camera settings: Nikon D3, 1/250 sec at f/1.4, 35mm at ISO 3200, flash did not fire.

Waiting for the moment...

This image was taken at my wedding for Eric and Michele at the Montage Resort and Spa in Laguna Beach, California.  I snuck into the plants for this shot because I wanted to incorporate the scenery into the imagery of the moment.  Hope you like it!
