This is a production image from my shoot yesterday in Western Town Shadowhawk where we were able to shoot inside and outside of this amazing place. The owner Wild Bill is a retired actor and is really a cool guy. If you are anywhere nearby the area it really is an AWESOME place to shoot!
This image was taken in North Carolina which is where I'll be heading for my workshop there in April of this year! There are so many amazing people out there and I can't wait to work with all of you. Click below to register now!

This image was taken nearly 6 years ago on my wedding anniversary in New Bern, North Carolina. My wife and I were having our "second honeymoon" traveling from New York to Florida, and as we were passing through North Carolina a big storm was coming. I stopped at this abandoned little house, used my car lights to illuminate the house, put my Nikon D2XS on my tripod and waited for lightning bolts to hit. I couldn't have planned the location of the lightning bolt better and to this day it remains a favorite of mine...

Check out the video of my shoot in the abandoned house in North Carolina! The video contains the first walk through I did of the house when I discovered it, footage of me working with and shooting the bride, and 9 shots from the shoot that I love. I hope you enjoy...this was one of my all time favorite shoots and I have to thank Christine again for making it possible. Thanks Christine...you did great!
